Not only does it help them advance professionally, but it also makes them a better version of themselves. One great quality of a good leader is they make sound decisions regardless of the situation they’re in. They are capable of compartmentalization and don’t let emotions and hearsays easily affect their judgement. Leaders are attuned to their objectives and rely on facts rather than opinion, which allows them to make the best decisions.
